I found an article this AM, where the promo said, "A house that perfectly combines nature and architecture."

A modern design, looking further I see that ALL of the various roof sections are flat. As a semi retired design build custom home builder, that seems to me to be a contradiction in terms.

I believe in realtors, have used and partnered with them in mutual promotions of their business and mine for years. I also understand that the best path in selling or buying a home or property is often through a professional realtor.

We have some good realtors here on Smith Lake, with my business goals being to meet and form good relationships with the same, knowing I have good things to give back on a continual basis.
As an addendum and strongly recommended service (for great reasons) to our Planning and Design work, we are currently partner with and adding the services of a residential and light commercial structural engineer.

Realtors could benefit, as those structurally questionable home purchase circumstances can gain the review, analysis and answers to possibilities by a structural engineering inspection and report.

Our business has remained open, and we have been sensitive to the current pandemic circumstances with personal risk reducing behavior, also choosing to error on the side of safety, and reduced risk when involved with others for business.

While I enjoy people, and now appreciate face to face meetings more that ever, our planning and design business for new homes, and new light commercial projects can be accomplished via email and attachments, text or we can discuss projects via phone, zoom, or other virtual communication apps.

For renovation, addition and new improvement projects, which affect and overlap existing improvements, a site visit or visits will most likely be required. In these cases, we make every effort to follow recommended procedures, also working with the owner or key person in the project to create effective comfortable strategies prior to implementing procedures.
