up truck. Second generation partners, the late John R. Kelly (son-in-law of Arthur) and Ralph Ibbotson Jr. (Son of Ralph Sr) took the company and grew it from a small operation to the most dependable, honest and reliable heating and cooling company in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Now in the third generation, Richard and Jacqueline Okolita (son-in-law and daughter of the late John R. Kelly) along with Ralph Ibbotson Jr, still a current owner.
