One bathroom. Four kids. Here's how we're turning it into two.

This Inverness, IL family first worked with us a few years back, and now they've brought us in for the upstairs bathrooms. They had one oversized bathroom serving all four children, and while the space was big, it just wasn't functional for a busy family. So we came in with a plan to convert that single bathroom into two brand new ones.

The first space becomes a shared hall bath for the two boys, with a single vanity, a relaxing alcove tub, and a new toilet stack. To make it happen we framed a whole new dividing wall, ran fresh plumbing, and set up the rough electric.

The second space becomes a private ensuite connected to one of the girls' bedrooms. That one gets a tall linen closet, a single vanity, custom sconces and mirrors, and a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in bench, a double niche with shelving, custom tile work, and a big window for plenty of natural light.

We'll be back to show all the finished fixtures, tile, and cabinetry once both bathrooms come together. Give us a follow so you don't miss the reveal.
