Today we removed an existing exterior sump pump, sump basin and cement block retaining wall. Installed 3 new window wells with well drains all connected together, then connected to the sump pump in the basement. No more frozen sump pump pipe.

Installing interior drain tile with a sump pump on a single basement wall that has been problematic for quite sometime. Problem solved.

Responded to a frozen sump pump pipe, installed a temporary pipe till the weather allows for a permanent fix.

Busy day for being in January, window well drain installed, foundation cracks repaired and a chimney clean out drain installed today.

Removed crawlspace insulation, repaired a total of 5 wall cracks and reinstalled insulation.
