Did you know that ComEd is giving out rebates, of up to $1000, to have a Level 2 EV Charger installed at your home? This requires an electrical contractor that is an ICC Certified EV Charging Station installer.

ComEd has released new customer rebates for business owners in their service area. These EV rebates available range from $5,000-$30,000 depending on level of vehicle and charger.

ComEd Business Customer EV Rebates

Business and public sector customers may qualify to get a rebate for upgrading vehicles to electric. The highest program rebates are reserved for Select Customers*.

Fleet Vehicles, Class 1-2 (Light duty) rebates
Base rebate: $5,000
Select Customers Rebate*: $7,500

Fleet Vehicles, Class 3-6 EV (Medium duty) rebates
Base rebate: $20,000
Select Customers Rebate*: $30,000
