What a transformation! This 2 car garage with attached deck, green roof, and patio balcony is the perfect solution for a very challenging site. So many details went in to make this right, from framing, to waterproofing to layout to materials selections.
The steep rear yard necessitated that this structure be buried, which allowed us to grade it in a way that the owner now has a flat usable yard and a beautiful patio balcony too.

A progress look back at the latest project in Weston, MA. It started by removing a section of the existing structure and loading out all the debris. Then excavated the entire footprint down to the new elevation and finally went back to excavate a trench for frost wall coverage. This will turn in to an incredible garage space and be the foundation for approximately an 80’ x 30’ multi level addition to the existing structure. Next step is for to come in and form it all up! Just finished a renovation of a three family in Somerville. This was a battle! Dealing with a 120 year old home, COVID, supply issues, and all the rest! So thankful to be working with a great owner and happy to deliver a quality finished product.

Getting so close to completion in Brookline! The culmination of months of planning and hard work by numerous companies and individuals. We still have some final details like shower glass, lighting fixtures, etc., but it’s really starting to feel like a home.

Renovating a beautiful three family in Somerville, MA to its former glory and to maximize the floor plan. First we are starting off with demolition and framing. The main support beam has been an issue, so it will be replaced with new LVLs. Also digging for solid new footings with a drainage trench along side to keep the soil dry and solid. “You have to break a couple eggs to make an omellete!” @ Somerville, Massachusetts

Take a look at this diagonal coffered ceiling frame surrounded by a 12 inch tray ceiling. The layout is crucial. Centered on the room both ways, and we calculated the math so that the boxes are all the exact same size. This is going to look great when it is finish carpentry time!
