CAVEAT EMPTOR! (Let the Buyer Beware)
PSA for my Arlington Area friends. These signs have cropped up in the past few days in the area. I’ve been in the construction industry for nearly four decades and have never heard of this company. This reminded me of something similar situation that hit this area maybe 30 years ago. I believe this to be a FRAUD SCAM.
The way it works is the scammer(s) flood the area with signs (Illegally I might add) but that’s beside the point. The way the scam works is they hit an area and provide estimates and collect deposits, then in a few weeks after they “have burned over an area,” they fly under the radar just long enough to maximize their “take,” they disappear and disconnect their phones and cease returning calls. People this is an old school scam! Please be aware of it and don’t become a victim. They are not likely to be caught but if you have been a victim in the scam please report it to the Vermont State Police.
