We’re celebrating a big design win this week: Mid-Atlantic’s Premiere Design Award for AeroVironment Germantown. Let’s just say it turned into a more memorable occasion than we anticipated.

Grateful for the recognition, and even more for a team that brings this level of energy to everything we do.

First impression: the elevator lobby.
For this speculative suite design, we leaned into moody, hospitality-inspired design from the moment the doors open — decorative lighting, layered textures, metal accents, and bold wallcovering (on the ceiling!) that set the tone beyond typical spec space.

When flexibility meets innovation — the workplace should lead the way.

Introducing Booz Allen’s new Tech Hub in Atlanta. A dynamic interior for remote and hybrid teams, shaped by architectural, undulating curves that guide users toward a central gathering space built for connection and collaboration.

When your client’s brand is as bold as their data — the space should be too.

Introducing Govini’s new Arlington HQ. A bright, modern workspace designed for big ideas, coffee breaks, and the occasional office dog cameo — anchored by a central stair that brings everyone together.

Julie wears many hats at FORM - designer, occasional in-house photographer, and current IIDA MAC Plaid student. She says her love of photography “helps me see perspectives others might miss, guiding my design so it functions and looks great from every angle.” And yes… she’s also our resident football fan. Plus, she’s officially the newest member of our NCIDQ-certified designers!

Meet the FORM Team! ✨
We asked our Associates, Maddie & Kelsey:
“What’s one design detail you hope people notice in your work?”
Maddie: “Perfectly aligned light fixtures and ceiling transitions.”
Kelsey: “Flooring details!”
Maddie again: “Because yes… those need to align too.” 😉

When they’re not geeking out over clean lines, you can find this duo presenting CDs 101, topping off the office coffee pot, or gearing up for a site visit in National Landing. Say Hello!

Thankful for thoughtful clients and partners, a talented team, and a season that brings us together — especially when there’s pie. A special thank-you to our talented project designer, Isabelle, for making this one extra sweet.

Known for his secure design expertise and precise, adaptive thinking; meet FORM’s Technical Director and code guru, MinJae.

When asked what type of project he’d love to take on next, MinJae shared:
“I’ve been fortunate to work on many project types throughout my career, but one I’d love to take on is an adaptive reuse interiors project.”

Whether reimagining existing structures or guiding our most complex programs, MinJae brings clarity, rigor, and possibility to every project.
