What does exceptional property maintenance look like? 🛠️

At Evans Ridge, it looks like Kenny Santana, a recent Employee of the Month! During this year’s freezing temperatures, Kenny managed a critical emergency when two sprinkler systems burst. He worked 22 hours straight to handle fire watch duties and complete repairs, ensuring resident safety without hesitation.

Kenny’s dedication to prompt service and professional repairs is why residents consistently rank Evans Ridge as a top place to live.

Investing in our team ensures we are always ready to assist our community and support each other.

Yesterday, the Paradigm team kicked off day one of our biennial Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED training. Every two years, we bring in the experts to refresh our skills, practice life-saving techniques, and ensure we are prepared for any emergency. From the office to our properties, the well-being of our residents and staff is always our top priority.

Welcome Faith Okereke-Mba, our new Leasing Intern at Meridian at Ballston Commons!

🏢 Faith is a rising senior at Lycoming College majoring in Political Science.

This summer, she is excited to dive into property management, sharpen her professional communication and problem-solving skills, and work directly with the public.

When she is not helping future residents find their dream apartment, she will be out exploring the Washington DC area.

Fun fact: Faith absolutely loves to cook because it completely relaxes her!

More than just a summer internship. 🌱🏢

At Paradigm, we believe that shaping future leaders requires teaching the value of community investment. That is why our summer interns regularly step away from their desks to volunteer with local organizations.

Their latest stop? PathForward in Arlington, VA! 📍

PathForward is an inspiring local non-profit dedicated to transforming lives by delivering comprehensive housing options, street outreach, and medical services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our interns spent the afternoon touring the center, prepping ingredients, and serving a fresh lunch to PathForward's clients.
This hands-on day showed our cohort that businesses have a responsibility to uplift the areas where they operate. We are incredibly proud of how our interns showed up with energy, empathy, and a drive to make a difference! 🍽️❤️

Happy World Environment Day! 🌎🌿

Today, we would like to encourage everyone to take steps toward protecting and preserving the environment around us. We are incredibly fortunate to be part of such a beautiful region with countless opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact within our communities.

One of the amazing organizations helping make this possible is Nature Forward, and today we are proud to spotlight their incredible work. At Paradigm Companies, we understand that when people are unaware of available resources and opportunities, they are less likely to engage with them. That is why we are always grateful to highlight organizations creating meaningful change throughout the DMV region.

Nature Forward is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring residents throughout the greater Washington, DC region to appreciate, understand, and protect the natural world through education, advocacy, and outdoor experiences.

Based in Chevy Chase, Maryland, Nature Forward creates meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to connect with nature through programs like environmental education in local schools, conservation advocacy, community outreach efforts, volunteer opportunities, and more. Their work helps strengthen environmental awareness while creating a more connected and sustainable future for our communities.

Say hello to Nyx Eichner, our Marketing Intern for the summer! 🎨

Nyx is a rising senior at Lycoming College majoring in Graphic Design with a Painting minor. She is blending her design talents with marketing strategies to prepare for her post-graduation career.

Outside of work, Nyx is excited to explore the Smithsonian Museums and create new memories.
