As we are getting into Lawn Mowing Season, you're going to want to make sure your mower is ready!

Sharpen your mower blades so that it produces clean cuts. A dull blade tears the grass, which causes jagged edges that discolor the lawn and invite pathogens to harm your lawn.

Mower blades should be sharpened once each month during grass-cutting season. Having a backup blade (about $20) is a great idea! That way you have a sharp one always on hand.
