SoCo Coffee & Good Eats in Dallas called us out today because they had lost power to a few of their track lights. We noticed a few issues with the way the wires were made up. We received a phone call about a breaker that kept tripping and would not stay on all day. After inspection we found that this breaker and bus bar on the panel were over amping and burning. Upon more thorough inspection we also found that the wires in the conduit were corroded split cracked and melting as well. We were able to replace the panel and breakers and also replaced both circuits with brand new wire. We were able to fix other issues with the panel as well such as marking all wires with their appropriate colors, installing proper weather proof connectors, conduit and installing a grounding electrode system!
