We’re looking to add hardworking, dependable people to our asphalt crew here on the Central Coast.
No asphalt experience is required but welcomed. We’re willing to train the right person who shows up ready to work, has a good attitude, and wants to learn a trade and build a future with our company.
The work includes:
• Asphalt paving and grading
• Sealcoating and striping
• Operating and learning equipment
• General construction labor
We’re looking for someone who:
âś… Is reliable and shows up on time
âś… Works hard and takes pride in their work
âś… Is willing to learn
âś… Works well as part of a crew
✅ Has a valid driver’s license
âś… Wants an opportunity to grow, not just another job

Experience in asphalt, construction, equipment operation, or a Class A CDL is a plus, but not required.
