Sheetrocking today. In basement-level applications, I always use moisture/mold resistant drywall. If there's ever a water or plumbing issue, it helps if the lower level has an added element of protection. Almost ready for taping and paint!

The School had a problematic storefront entry door issue. Door had to be constantly adjusted, shimmed, grinded. Very touchy because it's a FOB-operated entry door. We took the existing, damaged and bent hinges off, installed a commercial-grade, surface-mounted continuous hinge. She works like a charm now! Let me know if your commercial or residential door units need some TLC.

Work is progressing nicely in our CAPS School renovation in Westminster, MA. In this latest phase, we are creating an exercise room for children, that will feature a padded floor for activities. This room will now be partitioned off from the bathroom and utility room with a new hallway. There will now be a spacious new storage closet, accessible from inside the exercise room, as well as another storage closet accessible from the hallway.

New sprinkler heads by Armstrong Sprinklers out of Clinton, MA. Rough electrical work by Macfarland Electric out of Paxton.

Things are progressing nicely in the Lockerroom Expansion at the Fitchburg Police Station! Framing and framing inspection completed. Rough electrical completed. Sheetrock was installed and we are taping to prep for paint.
