On a positve note from all this rain, its perfect timing to get those hay meadows soil tested and lime before applying a superb pre-emergeant with a balanced fertilizer before sowing those hay meadows with your favorite hi-protein yielding seed grain to make that cattle market BOOM this year... Besides them chicken houses probably need a good scooping and this weather sure would keep the smell at bay... Then by time April comes around you should already have established an emaculate seed sprout meadow... FYI: Patriot brand Bahia herbicide is cheap cheap nowadays, just make sure you spray before the third tier of grass blades and especially before the seed heads form... And you should have one huge herd of happy cows and possibly three or four hay bailouts this year as long as you know what you need done...
