The saying “necessity is the mother of invention” rings true with the Bag Hoop. Invented by Wayne Robbins and Joe Beane of Robbins Beane Inc.
While picking up trash at a local high school Wayne was having a problem with his trash bag collapsing because of windy conditions. The idea of a welder helmet came to mind. Wayne took the idea to Joe where Joe worked with several materials which finally led to two molded plastic rings. A mold was made in Asheboro, NC and the two Bag Hoop rings are molded; then assembled and packaged in Asheboro, NC by Robbins Beane Inc.
Designed to be lightweight totally portable and durable, the Bag Hoop keeps the mouth of any size trash bag open while picking up litter and trash. The Bag Hoop is great for outdoor projects, family outings and leisure time on waterways. Among the many uses of the Bag Hoop include, picking up litter along roadways, hang around construction site for trash, hang from a limb while camping, picnicking or backyard cookouts. Use the Bag Hoop at home to rake leaves and clipping in while doing yard work and to store recyclables such as bottles and cans.
