This one was a bit of a challenge. The customer just purchased this house and wanted to open up the entry, kitchen and living room. The only problem was all the walls that they wanted removed were load bearing walls, with two story and roof bracing on them.
So we Braced up the ceilings with 4x4 post and jacks, tore out walls and ran structural beams.
The master bedroom had a closet that came into the bedroom and also stuck out into the living room. They wanted to square off the living and master, the walls in the living were supporting 2nd story and the walls in master were supporting the box ceiling in the master.
So we braced up and ran 2 recessed structural beams that supported the box ceiling As well as the 2nd story. Completely squaring off both room. This transformation completely changed the way this house looked. Opening it completely up.let

Do you have an unfinished bonus room that you would like completed, call us if you do.

Huge job we finished recently. Customer had hail damage to their vinyl siding. Instead of going back with vinyl, they wanted a smart Cedar shake siding, we changed out all facia and soffit with smart. We then painted all new trim and soffit, also painted the brick. Before, during and after pics.

Who doesn’t want their house opened up? Just finished this job up. Customers wanted to open up their entry, kitchen and dining. All the walls we took out had cathedral ceilings on them, so we went in a braced up all the ceilings, Took out the walls and added LVL beams, we recessed three of the beams eliminating the dropped beam look. Went back and hung the Sheetrock also. Before and after pics.

She shed we are currently working on, 8’ x 16’. We just have the rough frame up on it. Will post more pics as it progres...

Full house remodel we are currently working on. We took out the wall in living room opening up the kitchen to the living room. Ran a load bearing dropped beam. New doors and trim, ran can lights in the ceiling in living room and kitchen. New ceiling fans. We added a hand texture to the walls in living and kitchen. Framed in a new area for the fridge to go, ran new water line for fridge. The area between the kitchen and living had a big dip in the floor. So we went under the house and jacked up the floor and ran correct bracing. You can’t even tell there was ever an issue. We will eventually sand down and refinish all the wood floors and change out all old windows with new Low E windows. Before, during and after pics. Will post more as the job progresses.

Small garage conversion we done for our friends. They just had this house built new, and they wanted to turn part of their garage into a salon for owner to cut hair. So we added a wall and door, ran plumbing for the sink, installed the sink, ran new lights, insulated the walls, installed new flooring, baseboards and trim. Then finished it off with some new texture and paint. Turned out amazing .

It’s about time to get them pools up and running. Repeat customers. They have had this deck for over 20 years, each year...

It’s about time to get them pools up and running. Repeat customers. They have had this deck for over 20 years, each year having to repair and replace deck boards and railings. So they decided to go with a low maintenance Trex deck with hidden screws and trex railing. Before, during and after pics. This one turned out absolutely amazing.
