Well it’s been a great run and I want to thank everyone that supported us over the last four years. I can’t tell you what a pleasure it was to serve the community I live in. We are starting our last job today. I am going to continue working for myself to an extent but not in the capacity of Misty Mountain Landscapers. Onward to the next adventure.

Before and after of my basement from the last flood here in Asheville along with a complete interior French drain and sump.

The client was having water intrusion issues so we dug down, exposing a crack in the foundation. It was sealed and french drain was repaired. We raised the level of the stucco and applied water proofing sealant to the foundation and put it back better than before with the correct surface drainage. What an absolutely beautiful place to work. We dubbed it Lovely Lane because it was just lovely.

The client was having water intrusion issues and a new driveway poured so we replaced there downspout drains and fixed the french drain. The concrete guy made the final connection to the new concrete drain box.

Fixed the muddy spot and upgraded the path to the outdoor shower.

This job was massive. Had to use our bag of tricks on this one. Not only were we happy to get it wrapped up but the homeowner and contractor couldn’t have been happier with the results. No more sink hole. No more wash out or water under the house.
