Another great project with Beverly-Grant, Inc.!!

This renovation at 39 Patton Avenue required a full gut of the building while preserving the historic outside. Originally this space was retail and office space with a vaulted attic that was never occupied. We turned this space into 6 apartments and office space. Converting this space into apartments and bringing it up to current code was no easy task. Internal stairs, an elevator, sprinkler system and fire ratings all had to be added into the existing building. In addition to interior work we replaced all of the historic windows and cleaned up the exterior. We hope this building will stay part of downtown Asheville for another 100 years!

We had a great weekend thanks to Schluter Systems and Southeastern Tile Connection. We toured Schluter’s one million sq. Ft. warehouse in Ft.Worth with its 30,000 sq.ft heated flooring.
Southeastern Tile Connection is opening a new showroom in our area soon.

Another great project with Beverly-Grant, Inc.!

ServisFirst Bank received new partition walls to provide 3 new meeting areas for clients and staff. Along with those new areas we installed storefront glass in several locations to open the space. Notable additions include a custom wood accent wall at reception, new breakroom and copy room casework and countertops, flooring throughout, and new paint.

Brittany was a beloved Wife, Daughter, Daughter-in law, Friend and Teacher.
Above all Brittany was a believer in our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ in whom we have hope and peace that we see each other again!

Brittany was born February 13, 1995 in Jacksonville, NC. She was a graduate of Pisgah High School, and received an Associates Degree from Haywood Community College. We are beyond proud to have been apart of this amazing project!

After a long and tedious construction process, we are thrilled to see the first guests come through the doors of The Restoration Asheville. Our construction team has been hard at work getting this building ready and we couldn’t be more proud of the outcome. This one of a kind hotel brings a unique flare to the local landscape and is located in the heart of downtown Asheville at 68 Patton Avenue. Stop by and pay them a visit, enjoy dinner at The Exchange, or a drink at the . We can’t wait to share the final photos of this project with everyone.

We’ve been busy! Here we have a couple completed and on going projects. The Ironwood parking Garage, a few of our of residential renovations, The Mills River Fire Department and a sneak peak of the finish Restoration on Patton hotel!
