Small work is still work! We helped this client, who was out of town during the storm, remove several small trees of of their power lines and their home in Wolf Laurel. Dwell Enterprises will be back to work early next week. We remain to assist our close communities for the remainder of the week. As the major highways and roadways open back up, we plan to engage in driveway repairs, small road repairs, demolition and general storm repair services for the foreseeable future. Dwell Enterprises, LLC is looking for a motivated and self sufficient Maintenance Technician for a full -time position in the Haywood and Buncombe county areas. We own and/or manage 140+ mobile home units in 10 different parks. We are looking for someone who is capable to make many different repairs to the units. Specialty knowledge of HVAC and Electrical not necessary but a plus. Technician must have a valid NC license, own transportation and a clean criminal background. Compensation will range from $20-$30 per hour depending on experience and owned tools. Daily work related use of company owned equipment and cell phone may be available.

Technician responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
- Landscaping (know how to use a string trimmer, lawn mower and chainsaw)
- Painting
- Interior repairs (trim, flooring, cabinetry etc..)
- Roof repairs (flat roof, shingle and metal roof)
- Plumbing repairs
- Exterior improvements and repairs
- Equipment operating experience a plus
- Be "on-call" for emergency repairs
- Must be able to use and operate a computer and smart phone apps.
