The Parade of Homes Award Gala was this week and we were happy to see a couple of our projects win in their categories! The event was beautifully done and it was great to see the turn out. Thanks to the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mtns for hosting the Parade and event.

Reynolds Mountain Villas Asheville by Buchanan Construction, LLC construction won the Silver Craftsmanship award from the Parade of homes and took both the Best Interior Merchandising and Best Interior Design under 2500 square feet.

The Retreat at Hawk Holler by TwinBrother Builders won the Best Addition category in a three-way tie.

Congratulations to all of the winners this year.

Fall guests show up with wet boots, full luggage, and a plan to photograph the ridge from every window. A rental that handles that needs a real entry, floors that shrug off mud, and surfaces that wipe clean in five minutes between stays.
