Can you see the difference?
Client has some major venting air issues in the room and the e natural gas water heater was not operating correctly. Been battling this conundrum for months. We came and discovered the issue, found options. To fix the vent/air issue would have been a huge investment, so we got creative. Replacing with anelectric water heater would eliminate the need to have the air as a variable. Made sense for the client and in their budget. So in a blink of an eye we switched it out and cleaned up the installation method and all new on the top too! Now consistent hot water and no headaches!
