We recently wrapped up an extensive lakeside renovation that combined durability with high-end functional design. This project was all about the details—from what’s underground to the final glow at night.

Some of the Highlights:

•Stone Work: Limestone retaining walls and fire pit, natural stone steps, and a hand-laid flagstone patio.

•Lakeside Living: Repaired the seawall and added custom lighting under the dock for evening ambiance.

•Functional Necessities: Full grading and sod, a new sump drain system, and irrigation overhaul (moved sprinklers, installed new sprinklers and drip lines).

•The Finishing Touches: Integrated multiple in-ground umbrella holders to provide shade all day long. Landscape/hardscape lighting to make the whole area pop after dark.

Our customer was having issues with their landscape bed and looking for a cleaner look, so they decided to sod.

We’ve done the sifting and the raking. This season, we’re taking beach restoration to the next level. Instead of sifting through the debris, we performed a full "reset" by removing the rough, rock-filled top layer and replacing it with loads of premium, silky-soft sand.

We’re currently in the grading phase—stay tuned to see the smooth final result!
