Company Description

CRDN helps you pick up the pieces after a disaster. As a leading expert in textile and electronic restoration, CRDN serves as part of the emergency response team. We work with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to restore textiles, electronics, art, and peace of mind after a fire, flood, storm, or other disaster.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician at CRDN of Central & Tidewater VA located in Ashland, VA. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for traveling to the job site (in a company-provided vehicle) to bring damaged items back to our facility to be inventoried, restored, and stored in our warehouse. Duties include evaluating loss situations, providing restoration services, cleaning and restoring contents, and communicating with clients and team members.

Qualifications

$14-$17.50 per hour; based on experience
Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment, providing support and assistance to other team members as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate job sites
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems
