Ridgeline Roofing is GROWING, and hiring two full-time Jobsite Monitors (JSMs) for immediate openings.
Pay: $15-$17/hour, up to $18/hour for the ideal candidate. Overtime after 40 hours. Company truck provided while working.
This is a hands-on position that keeps you out in the field and moving throughout the day. You do not need management experience or a polished résumé, as this is not a management position. Roofing or construction experience is helpful, but we're much more interested in finding someone dependable, capable, and willing to learn and work.
Our Jobsite Monitors spend their days traveling between active roofing jobs, checking on crews and job progress, taking photos, delivering or picking up materials, towing dump trailers, helping keep jobsites clean and organized, communicating with the office, and handling whatever comes up during the day.
You need to be comfortable driving a pickup truck and towing a dump trailer.
This is not a 9 to 5 job. Roofing is seasonal and weather-dependent. During our busy season, there will be early days, late days, and sometimes very long days. If our crews are still working at 7:00 PM or later, there may be days when you are too. Winter is considerably slower, so the workload balances out over the course of the year.
We're looking for someone who can show up every day, get along with construction crews and homeowners, use common sense, and handle what needs handled without someone constantly standing over them.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck and towing a dump trailer
• Working celphone and ability to take/upload photos
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable working outside in hot and cold weather
• Willing to work long hours when roofing season demands it
• Dependable - if you're scheduled to work, we need you at work
