It's not all sandblasting and painting.... There's unloading a semi trailer ( sometimes like playing Jenga) , loading semi trailers ( like playing Tetris) loading sand into the blast pot, cleaning out the blast shop, moving parts from blast shop to paint shop, checking to make sure conditions are within the specs of the paint. Not to mention keeping maintenance up on all the equipment and Also we sometimes have to palletize smaller parts or band some parts. But we love what we're doing and appreciate the business!!!!
