A new project is underway at Lake of the Woods. Demolition and site preparation are the first steps as we get the property ready for a new cabin.

There’s a lot that happens before the building itself begins, and creating a solid foundation starts with careful planning and preparation from day one. We’re looking forward to sharing this project from the ground up as the new cabin comes together.

Another milestone at Coleman Hills as roofing is now underway on this mountain modern custom home. More than just protection from the elements, the roof plays a defining role in the home’s architecture, tying together the clean lines and modern design that make this project unique.
Every stage of construction adds another layer to the finished vision, and it’s exciting to see the home evolve as each detail comes together. We’re proud of the craftsmanship going into this build and look forward to sharing more updates as Coleman Hills continues to come to life.
