Finish graded, installed new irrigation and built the green and bunker on #15 at AeroPines, Oceania. Sodded with 419 and zoysia. Sprigged the fairway with 419.
Also built 2 large tees and added irrigation on #16. Sodded everything thing on #16.

I want to go on record that Tahoma31 is a great grass. What they did to the field for the Super Bowl was a disaster. The field was very heavily overseeded with Perennial rye grass, this makes it look good on the tv but sucks for the players. Rye grass has a lot of moisture in the leaf material, thus making it slippery.
If they just played on the Tahoma31 it would have be perfect. There are a lot of pro teams playing on it with no problems. We have been using it for years and every one loves it.
The Eagles have it on their field.
The hired grounds crew is to blame for this disaster.
