Hello fam. We are working on starting a subscription service for houses. The plan is to budget and allow our customers to skip the line, short waits. Friendly reminder that If you plan on building anything in the next year or two, sooner is better than later. Lumber is going to likely triple in cost because of hurricane aftermath and union strike.
Remodeling projects should be ok buy new construction will likely halt except in the rebuilding areas.
During Covid OSB that’s used for roofs, walls, went from $10 to $50 a sheet. Some treated materials weren’t stocked at any price. Electric wire doubled in cost.

Our customer had a shower previously installed by someone with minimal experience. There were leaks, niche was too small and off center, the bench was inappropriately tiled so that there were sharp tiles like teeth *ouch*, the shower head (not In picture) was set so low that the customer had to duck.

This was all remedied by the professional craftsmanship of Thompson Parker Builders.
