🚨 We're Hiring: Journeyman Carpenter 🚨

Trade Mark Contractors is looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team.

We're not just looking for someone who can swing a hammer. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that values excellence, accountability, and doing things the right way.

As a Journeyman Carpenter, you'll:
✔️ Work independently with minimal supervision
✔️ Produce high-quality work that meets our standards
✔️ Read and interpret plans and specifications
✔️ Perform layout, framing, installation, and finish work
✔️ Operate tools and equipment safely
✔️ Help develop Apprentices and contribute to the success of the crew

We're growing and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role begins part-time with a clear path to full-time as we continue to expand.

If you’re someone who loves structure, numbers, and keeping an office running smoothly — this is a fantastic opportunity to become the backbone of a fast-growing construction company.

What You’ll Do

✔ Handle office administration & organization
✔ Manage QuickBooks, bookkeeping, AP/AR
✔ Assist with payroll, budgeting & monthly financial tracking
✔ Support HR onboarding & employee documentation
✔ Prepare project paperwork, lien waivers, sworn statements
✔ Coordinate communication between office, field, and clients

What We’re Looking For

✨ Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
✨ Solid bookkeeping or finance background
✨ Organized, reliable, detail-driven
✨ Great communicator & team player
✨ Comfortable handling confidential information
