Most of us you encounter are members of the Rhoden Family who were born and raised right here in Delaware County. Matthew Rhoden is Owner of the company. He started the company from the ground up with the foundation his

father Oliver(OJ or Bob) Rhoden gave all of his sons. Oliver owned his own roofing company here in Delaware for over 30 years and worked with M&R Roofing until his retirement. He raised his sons with roofing in their blood and to
appreciate a job done right with customer service foremost. Matt decided to build a company based on high quality service and attention to detail with a 6 nail per shingle policy and a solidly backed warranty. Matt keeps us all organized and takes care of all ordering, billing and accounting work that needs done. Matt will also do inspections, repair calls some estimating from time to time. When you choose us you will likely meet Matts 2 brothers Joe and Reuben. Joe does most of the estimating himself. We do not hire any high pressure salesmen. Joe will give you an honest estimate at the best pricing we can offer. He will give you an honest assessment of your roof and an honest evaluation of the work that needs done and how soon. If something can wait he will tell you. We do very little advertising. Our referrals are our main source of income. Being 100% honest may not sell a roof, but it will sell a reputation and we want to earn your trust. Reuben is our production manager. His main focus is on keeping our crews running smoothly. His vast roofing experience has primed him for training crews and helping them run smoothly. He also does our
inspections and will be in contact with you frequently about scheduling and progress on your job. You will likely be in contact with several other members of the Rhoden family during the process as well.
