A quick reminder: always SHUT OFF 🚫your main water valve before leaving for an extended time. Unfortunately the ice maker valve broke, causing a slow steady leak in this cabin. This home has foam insulation under the main floor. So the leaking water found a way to escape, outside under the deck. 🥶

Finished a beautiful home in Shadow Ridge Subdivision for Ron Palmer Construction. Master bathroom has a free standing air bubble therapy tub. First time installing a pedal operated fauct in the kitchen. Hands free!

Finished a custom home on Bills Island in Island Park by Spot-On Construction. Faucets and showers by Moen. Each bathroom has its own theme! Master bathroom tub weighed 600 pounds!

Just finished a basement bathroom addition! Used a macerating pump system that sits behind the toilet. In certain situations it is a good option to add a bathroom in a basement that doesn't have any existing plumbing.
