Falcone & Sons, Inc. Site Developers in the Tri-state Area. Based Out of Aston, PA Nick Falcone & Sons began in 1945, in West Philadelphia by Nick Falcone Sr.

He started the business in residential concrete, new developments, flat concrete and curb work. In 1960, Nick Falcone Jr. and his brother John continued the business and expanded into heavy highway and concrete roadway paving. At this time Nick Falcone & Sons was working with various heavy highway contractors and large home builders in the Tri-state area. During the late 1970’s, the company thrive

d on commercial, new residential developments, and heavy highway work. Nick Falcone & Sons at this time was one of the largest concrete companies in Southeastern Pennsylvania. In 1986, the ownership changed to the third generation, Nick III, Greg, and Jim Falcone. With continued success, the business expanded into Municipal work and complete site development. Nick Falcone & Sons is fortunate to employ a dedicated group of loyal, honest, and extremely knowledgeable people. NFS has been selected to complete the sitework for Vicmead Hunt Club's Phase I construction in Wilmington, DE. This project will consist of excavation for the new building and patio additions, two proposed parking lots, storm infrastructure, and a bio-retention basin.

Throwback to one of our recently completed jobs, fine grading the stone choker course on a new turf field at Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr. Using a Level Best box grader attachment with Topcon 2D laser grade control, we were able to dial this field in quickly and accurately, leaving the turf contractor with little preparation on their end.
