We are looking for a qualified individual to take care of all things office management to include but not limited to:

Accounting and payroll
Maintaining a well organized filing system
Billing and banking
Marketing/content via Facebook/social media
Answering and returning client phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Assisting in estimating and bidding process
Administering contracts
Familiarity with excel
Familiarity with google drive/sheets
Strong ability to use technology

This job will require working from our office 3 days a week minimum to accommodate walk-ins and working with project managers, and banking, some remote work optional.

This is a part-full time job depending on applicant.
