Rochelle – I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Steve DiGrazia and Ruiz Painting and Repair. They contacted me within a couple of days of your authorizing the work and setup a date to do the work that accommodated our trying to get the unit on the market as soon as possible. The work that Hector Ruiz did on the ceiling was perfect – truly “like it never happened”, unlike whomever had painted it after the previous leak, leaving an obvious “touchup”. Not only did he do a great paint job, he left the job site neat and clean, with no evidence that he had even been there, which is not typical in my experience with painting contractors.

If Ruiz Painting and Repair is not already one of your regular contractors, I would highly recommend that you add them to your list – I certainly plan on using their services in the future.
