Check out this recent roof installation we completed! The existing shingles had become worn out over years of exposure & needed some TLC. We went ahead to start by replacing the underlying sheathing with all new CDX plywood to ensure a solid foundation prior to the new shingles going down.

For this install, we used Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in the color Black Shadow. This upgrade not only improves durability but also enhances the home’s curb appeal, giving it a refreshed, like-new appearance.🏡

Winter weather can try and slow us down, but this transformation proves great work doesn’t stop in the cold!This home went through a full exterior transformation, starting with a brand new roof install before moving into the siding replacement.

We gave this home a fresh new look with all new 5” clapboard siding paired with cedar-style accents on the front porch overhang for added character. New Aztec trim, along with completely replaced soffit and facia; tied everything together for a clean, polished finish!

Final step coming up: new gutters to put the finishing touch on this beautiful home🏡🔥
