It's that time of year again... our annual "Boot Day!"

For years, Boot Day has been one of our favorite traditions—a small way to say "thank you" to the incredible people who make this company what it is.

This year, we decided to switch things up. Instead of new boots, everyone was surprised with a fresh pair of sunglasses! 😎

Whether they're climbing ladders, crawling through crawlspaces, working in mechanical rooms, or helping customers from the office, our team shows up every day ready to serve. We couldn't be more grateful for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to taking care of our customers and each other.

🚧 Monday motivation looks a little different around here!

Our team started the week by breaking concrete and digging deep to replace a failing sewage pit that was beginning to cave in. To make matters worse, tree roots had found their way into the system and were causing additional damage. 🌳

It's not the glamorous side of plumbing, but it's the kind of hard work that protects homes and keeps everything flowing the way it should. 👷‍🔨

From concrete cutting to excavation and replacement, our crew is getting it done safely, efficiently, and with the quality workmanship our customers expect. 🏠

Every day, we’re out in the field seeing things most homeowners never get a chance to — and sometimes that includes panels and wiring that have quietly become unsafe over time.

The photo here is a perfect example. An older panel that’s done its job for years… but was starting to become a risk. We were able to replace it with a safer, updated system to help give that family peace of mind. 🏡

A few simple things that go a long way on our evaluations:
✔️ Have your electrical panel inspected, especially in older homes
✔️ Make sure smoke detectors are working and up to date
