Before and afters for new referral customers in parkesburg. These folks had a pipe burst in their spare bedroom ceiling which damaged the entire bedroom, dining room, basement and hall bath. We had to install new drywall, subfloor, flooring, trim and the entire bathroom got an upgrade. Customer did the basement ceiling and flooring. It was a great local project and we were happy to help them get their home back to normal again. Carpet for spare bedroom is on order and will be installed soon.

Customer follow ups are the coolest. These guys got their furniture on and lights installed. Ready for the summer. Turned out great and the lights really put it over the top!

Little property maintenance for a good friend of ours on his rental unit in Lancaster city. Scrape all the windows and trim and repaint. We definitely had perfect weather for it. Thanks kozak construction for the assistance so we could knock this out.

Before and after painting at the Atglen borough building. We painted the common area, bathroom hall, office, vault door. All ceilings, trim, doors, windows, walls and radiators were painted. The color changes really turned out nice. It was great to be able to work for these folks!

Before and after deck facelift for super awesome repeat customers in Atglen. Demo old, replace rotted joists and redeck with new trex decking and double wide steps full length. Turned out awesome!

This is an instance of even the simplest of projects can be a major issue. Customer said the exterior light hadn’t worked in some time. We took the light down to find a burnt wire. Had to cut the wall open to inspect and remove the damaged wire and replace it. Not 100% sure exactly what caused it but by the grace of god it did not catch the insulation on fire. Something as small as a mounting screw rubbing a wire jacket could have caused a major fire. Thank goodness it did not and it was able to be resolved. No matter how simple, take your time and make sure you aren’t forgetting anything or causing any hazards.

Before and after porch post and railing job for A new referral customer outside of coatesville. Replace rotted porch posts and railing with all new pvc structural posts and vinyl hand railings. Turned out great and no more rot! Thank you all again for your referrals we really appreciate all of you!
