This neglected detention basin was holding up a commercial real estate transaction - TBX Landworks restored it - less than one week from estimate approval to passing final inspection!

From neglected to recovered! 🌿🚜
This detention basin hadn’t been maintained in years, so we put the skid steer and excavator with mulchers to work reclaiming the basin and clearing years of overgrowth.
Once the work is complete, Ty will inspect the basin as a Certified Pond Inspector to evaluate its condition and maintenance needs.

This pond in Gwinnett County was brought back up to compliance after the HOA received multiple deficiency notices. It is now working as intended and the HOA is on an annual maintenance plan with TBX Landworks to keep it that way.
