When this Athens family wanted to create space for loved ones without leaving their neighborhood, they turned their backyard into a fully functional modern ADU.
Designed within a 1,000 square foot footprint, this cozy in law suite offers everything a full home needs including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and dedicated laundry space. The open layout, vaulted ceilings, and custom wood beams make the space feel bright and spacious while still being efficient.
Thoughtful details make this home built for the future, including an ADA inspired bathroom with a curb-less shower and wider doorways for accessibility.
