Progress is moving right along at Whispering Oaks!
We recently reached another exciting milestone as framing has officially come to completion, with only a few minor adjustments remaining before we move into the next phase of construction. This morning, we met onsite with our clients to review several important design selections, including primary bathroom layouts, custom bookcase options, and the highly anticipated oversized patio doors that will soon transform the rear elevation and outdoor living spaces.
One of the most rewarding parts of the building process is watching a home come to life. What began as footings and foundation has now grown substantially in scale and perception, allowing everyone to truly envision the finished product. Standing inside the framed structure brings a whole new appreciation for the thoughtful design, spacious layout, and beautiful views this home will offer.
Up next, our trade partners will begin installing the rough mechanical systems, followed by roofing. The addition of black shingles will provide a striking contrast to the off-white brick and black accents selected by our clients, creating a timeless exterior with plenty of curb appeal.
Every phase brings new excitement, and we look forward to sharing more progress from Whispering Pines as this beautiful custom home continues to take shape.
