Celebrating 50 Years of Dedication – Thank You, Rick Dube!

Today marks an incredible milestone at Lewis Builders as we celebrate Rick Dube's 50th work anniversary.

For half a century, Rick has been a driving force behind our company's success. As our Excavation (Dirt Crew) Manager, Rick leads one of the largest crews at Lewis Builders, building the roads, utilities, and site infrastructure that make our communities possible. He also oversees our winter snow operations and summer maintenance, helping keep our properties safe, functional, and looking their best year-round. His leadership, experience, and commitment have helped keep countless projects moving forward over the years.

Rick is a true servant leader. You'll rarely find him standing on the sidelines—he's usually right alongside his crew, leading by example. He would never ask someone to do a job that he wouldn't do himself, and that work ethic has earned him the respect of everyone who has had the privilege of working with him.

Rick is also proud to carry on a family legacy as the second generation of the Dube family to work at Lewis Builders, continuing a tradition of hard work, loyalty, and craftsmanship that has helped shape our company.

Fifty years of dedication, teamwork, and leadership is an extraordinary achievement. Rick, thank you for everything you have done—and continue to do—for Lewis Builders, your coworkers, and the communities we build.
