Critical path milestone #1 complete at The Trail!

The entire team ( ) and our clients have been nailing the details and setting up the milestone one to be just as good!

✅ Housewrap & Windows
✅ Roof Dry-In
✅ (5) Masonry Fireplaces
✅ Site Cleaned up & Graded
✅ Long lead time materials ordered
✅ Finish selections being finalized

Next up we move on to interior rough-ins, inspections and exterior brick work. Time to make it happen, you get one chance to get the in wall hvac, electrical, and plumbing right or else you go backwards in the future. Let’s go!
