PINE STRAW TIMING MATTERS!!!
Now is NOT the ideal time to refresh your pine straw. With leaves beginning to drop, much of the pine straw installed right now will either be blown out or mulched up during seasonal leaf cleanups—reducing its longevity and wasting your investment. Unfortunately, there’s no way to avoid this when performing proper fall maintenance.

The peak season for pine straw, both in price and quality, runs from mid-November through mid-March. Installing during this window ensures your property gets the best value, cleanest look, and longest-lasting results.

For our property managers: please consider waiting until after the New Year before sending out pine straw request letters to your residents. This timing will maximize results and prevent unnecessary rework.

No matter where you stood in the political spectrum, we can all agree: political violence has no place in our country.

We owe it to Charlie, and to his family, to channel this grief into a reminder that civil discourse and humane debate must always prevail over hatred.

He still believes in Santa. He loves trick-or-treating. And this year, all he wants for his birthday is a car parade ❤️

Paul, an intellectually disabled man in Cherokee County, is getting ready to celebrate his birthday, but his sister says he doesn’t have many friends his age.

What he does have is a deep love for classic cars, red Mustangs, the Batmobile, and the joy that comes with feeling seen and celebrated.

Now, his family is hoping the community will help make this his best birthday yet.

They’re inviting drivers to take part in a special car cruise in Paul’s honor.

The plan is to meet at Little River Elementary School on Trickum Road at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 2nd.

A police es**rt will help guide the group through the intersection before the surprise drive-by.

It’s a Braves-themed birthday party, and everyone is welcome to stay afterward for hot dogs and celebration.

All cars are welcome, especially the kind that might turn a birthday wish into a lifelong memory for this kind man ❤️
