Had to jack up a porch roof to replace decking, but as we removed decking, turned out the framing wasn’t good. So we had to reframe whole porch. Posts are gonna be redone at a later date. We also repaired some siding and soffit on the back of house. Thanks D.j. Small for giving us the opportunity to get things back on track

Had a customer that had cinder block bearing that had sank in ground in a crawl space, and wasn’t touching joist anymore...

Had a customer that had cinder block bearing that had sank in ground in a crawl space, and wasn’t touching joist anymore. So we removed all blocks and poured footings and then put up new 8x8 beams for new supports
