From start to finish Josh was exceptional! My standards are very high when it comes to communication, attention to detail, product, and overall quality of customer service.

Josh was thorough from the beginning, communicated every step, confirmed when necessary, arrived when he said he would. He was meticulous on the details as this was a custom door I couldn’t find anywhere else (have been looking for a year).
I honestly thought to myself how rare this customer service is these days. I wish everyone operated their business like Josh does.

I absolutely love my custom door! It’s exactly what I envisioned.

big recommendation!
they came in with best price by far compared to big box stores and window companies alike. (their price including doors was better than the closest without doors!) a small family business can offer the best selection of manufacturers so I was able to choose exactly what I needed. the installation went really great, too. if window and door were items that got replaced frequently then I WOULD use Jamb Up frequently.

I was super impressed with Josh and his team. They did 2 door replacements at our house. The front door had major wood rot and some termite damage. They were professional through out. I could not believe that in a single day they repair and replaced both doors. We had received a few estimates and theirs was one of the best. In fact Jamb Up did both doors for the price that others gave for just the front door.

Josh and his team did a wonderful job and arrived during the time they said they would! They took my old porch door and replaced it with a slab door I bought from Home Depot. The slab did not have the door handle hole or the hinges section drilled out and they were able to make the holes needed and dispose of the door that was originally installed. They also readjusted my garage door that was sticking without being asked. They were super kind and I will be using them again in the future!
