Monday, Evergreen Construction officially kicked off our 2026 Intern Orientation! Our interns spent the day learning about company policies and culture, touring an active job site, and wrapping up the day with some friendly competition at Topgolf.

We’re excited to welcome such a talented group of interns across our Preconstruction, Project Management, and Superintendent teams this summer. From the office to the field, they’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into every stage of the construction process.

We’re looking forward to a great summer ahead and can’t wait to see all they accomplish!

Big progress happening at the Whitefield Academy Learning Commons!

The project is continuing to take shape as we move further into interior finishes and exterior completion. Glass installation is now complete, and we’re awaiting the final curtain wall installation for the prayer room.

Here’s what’s happening on site:
✔️ Mid and upper-level HVAC work coming soon
✔️ Exterior painting has started as we wrap up the building envelope
✔️ Interior flooring work is progressing on the mid and upper levels
✔️ Site paving activities are underway
✔️ Ceiling tile installation coming soon

We’re officially in the stage where the vision is starting to come to life! Excited to keep sharing more on this project.

The finish line is in sight at Cobb Innovation and Technology Academy at Allatoona! 🏫

We’re getting closer every day as major finishes begin to take shape both inside and out. From the monument stair installation to exterior metal panels and upcoming paving, this project is coming together quickly.

✔️ Mechanical start-up underway
✔️ Ceiling tile and light fixtures going in
✔️ Flooring and asphalt paving coming soon
✔️ Final site work approaching, including retaining walls and grading

Progress is picking up at Lovejoy High School!

Interior finishes are officially underway on the new competition gym, while preparations begin for summer renovations and interior improvements across campus.

We’re making strong progress at Whitefield Academy’s Learning Commons!

🔨 Recent milestones:
• Metal panel roofing nearing completion
• Exterior skin well underway
• Stone veneer wrapping up (including columns) by early April
• Drywall nearing completion

➡️ What’s next:
• Final roof details + aluminum entrance and glazing
• Balcony railings installation (early April)
• Curtain wall and full glazing systems (April)
• Interior finishes coming soon
