Beautiful day at the Lake Chatuge house remodel today. The lake looking like a mirror, warm sun, deck framed, R-21 Rockwall insulation installed, and all rough inspections passed! Just waiting for spray foam for the attic and then we’re ready for Drywall!

Lake Chatuge remodel project before photos..
On this project, we will be ripping everything down to the studs. It is currently on the main level a 2 bed 2 bath with a open kitchen, dining , and living room.
The basement has an open media room, a utility room, and a very small bathroom with a makeshift laundry we will be moving two bedrooms to the basement with a renovated larger bathroom.
The upstairs will house the new laundry room and powder room with storage. The master bedroom will be increased in size with a large walk-in closet and large custom bathroom. The kitchen will be completely remodeled with isalnd and wet bar area. All new cabinets appliances and counters. New 7” white oak flooring!
All new interior and exterior doors including the Panoramic 24’ door with screen!

All new electrical service, new full plumbing service, new HVAC system re-located to the attic. New spray foam insulation in attic and Roxul R-23 rockwool wall insulation.

The exterior of the house will get a new 900 square-foot Trex deck with wire railing , all new Pella Lifestyle windows, new Hardi board and Batton siding!
