We employ the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System design criteria to help institute sustainable design into our projects. This process ensures that sustainable strategies are considered in each stage of development and serves as a means of evaluating our green building achievements. Our intention is to integrate these principles of sustainability as seamlessly as possible, and furthermore achieve the optimal balance of environmental, cost, productivity and human benefits. We use a team approach to organize and manage design projects. Each team member is carefully selected based on his or her experience, talents and abilities to best serve our client. Using our most senior professionals available, the project team is assigned at the outset and is responsible for seeing the project through completion.
