We are thrilled to welcome Amy Voss, ARM as Wood Residential's newest Regional Manager! Amy oversees our assets in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert Markets. Her 15+ years’ multifamily experience includes Third Party Lease Up, HOA, Retail, Stabilized, Value Ad, and Renovations in both Arizona and New Mexico.

Her passion includes leading, growing, and cultivating teams to increase skillset and bench strength within the organization. She also enjoys acquiring, building, and growing communities that provide an exceptional resident experience. Amy dedicates her time assisting clients in achieving their investments goals resulting in several profitable dispositions and acquisitions. She has earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Designation, holds a Real Estate License, and plans to attain further education and designations in the coming year.
