A fresh look and improved functionality are coming to this commercial office building renovation in Smyrna, GA!
The project includes interior and exterior upgrades, including front-facade modifications that add storefront glazing for a more modern look and more natural light.
Inside, the space is being reconfigured with a new office layout, updated restrooms, a break room, conference rooms, and refreshed finishes throughout.
We're excited to see this transformation take shape!

The finish line is in sight!

Construction is nearing completion on this approximately 3,845-square-foot office renovation in Savannah, Georgia, designed to support home health and hospice services.
It's exciting to see the design come together as the final finishes are underway. From the updated office spaces to the lighting and interior details, the project is quickly taking shape and getting ready to serve the team.
We're looking forward to seeing the completed project!

Rutledge Design Group is proud to be designing a new 20,000-square-foot PACE all-inclusive elderly care facility dedicated to helping older adults remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while receiving the care and support they need.
This innovative center will provide a wide range of services including:

▪️Nutritious meals
▪️Social and recreational activities

Exciting progress underway in Dahlonega, GA! 🏗️

We're currently in the construction phase of a brand-new duplex designed to provide comfortable, functional living for multiple residents. Each unit features:

▪️4 spacious bedrooms
▪️4 full bathrooms
▪️Open-concept kitchen and living area
▪️Dedicated laundry room

This project is all about maximizing livability and efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful, modern design. It's great to see everything coming together on site, and we're looking forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.
